TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview

Aigent Tours (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital marketing services that transform real estate listing photos into short-form promotional video content.

By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Aigent Tours converts real estate listing images into short-form video content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Vertical short-form videos

  • Landscape format videos

  • Captioned content

  • Social-media optimized exports

Deliverables vary based on the package selected at checkout.

We do not provide photography, videography, MLS access, or listing brokerage services.

3. Minimum Photo Requirement

To ensure quality output:

  • A minimum of 20 high-resolution listing photos is required per project.

  • Photos must be professionally shot or high quality.

  • If insufficient photos are provided, Aigent Tours reserves the right to:

    • Proceed using available materials, or

    • Request additional materials before beginning production.

Refunds will not be issued due to insufficient image quality.

4. Client Responsibilities

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • You own or have legal rights to use all submitted images.

  • You have permission from the listing owner or broker.

  • You are authorized to market the property.

  • All property information provided is accurate.

Aigent Tours is not responsible for copyright disputes related to submitted materials.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is approximately 24–48 hours from receipt of all required materials.

Turnaround times may vary due to volume, holidays, or incomplete submissions.

Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Revisions

Each order includes:

  • One (1) minor revision for text, sequencing, or small adjustments.

Major creative changes or re-edits may incur additional fees.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at checkout before production begins.

  • All purchases are one-time per listing.

  • No subscriptions or contracts are required.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors.

Aigent Tours does not store credit card information.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product:

  • All sales are final once production has begun.

  • Refunds will not be issued after video delivery.

  • Refunds may be considered only if production has not started.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered videos for marketing purposes.

  • Aigent Tours retains the right to use completed videos for portfolio, promotional, or advertising purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not resell or redistribute raw templates or project files.

10. Platform Use Disclaimer

Aigent Tours does not guarantee:

  • Specific reach

  • Engagement

  • Lead generation

  • Sales performance

  • Algorithm placement

Marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Aigent Tours shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business

  • MLS violations

  • Copyright disputes from submitted media

  • Social platform account issues

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aigent Tours from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Unauthorized use of images

  • Copyright infringement

  • False property information

  • Regulatory or MLS violations

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
